2023 – 2024 – Loudoun United FC (USL Championship)
Prior to the 2023 season, ElMedkhar joined Loudoun United FC. During his time with Loudoun, he appeared in 50 USL Championship matches and 5 U.S. Open Cup matches. He notched 14 goals and nine assists in USL Championship play and two goals and 3 assists in U.S. Open Cup play. Over two seasons, he tallied 3,353 minutes.
2022 – FC Dallas (MLS)
ElMedkhar appeared in seven matches for the MLS side in the 2022 season. Two of his appearances came during the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup, one of which was a win against FC Tulsa.
2021 – North Texas SC (USL League One)
MLS side FC Dallas acquired the homegrown rights to ElMedkhar from Philadelphia Union. He was then loaned to their USL League One affiliate, North Texas SC in May of 2021. While he was with North Texas SC he appeared in 13 matches and net four goals.
2017 – 2019 – Kentucky Wildcats (College)
In four seasons with the Kentucky Wildcats ElMedkhar tallied 66 appearances with 20 goals and 21 assists. During his four years at Kentucky, Elmedkhar was named to the United Soccer Coaches All-Southeast Region First Team and All-Conference USA First Team (2018), C-USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll and Fall SEC Academic Honor Roll (2019). Prior to his junior year, he was named C-USA Preseason Co-Offensive Player of the Year, to the Mac Hermann Trophy Watch List, and C-USA Preseason Team.
